#asktheexperts Helo doctor my nipples is cracking n bleeding while breastfeeding pls recommend good medicine

A. hello dear mum , the creams have to be washed before feeding and so creates more dryness it is better to apply breastmilk especially hindmilk it has great healing property let it air dry do not wear bra until heal , loose comfortable clothes look for correct latch while feeding
