#asktheexperts hello, what can a breastfeeding mother avoid eating if a baby is a colic.

A. too much of beans. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also being a breastfeeding mother you should avoid oily junk and spicy food and ldo hve more green leaves vegetables and dairy products and also chew saunf and ajwain after every meal and it will stop colic problem in mother as well as baby. take care
