Bhuwaneshwari SharmaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. my baby is also 14 month old & I give her a proper diet of fruits, veggies, milk & grains. like you can give vegetables upma, ragi halwa, ots chilla, ots upma with veggies, moong chilla, sweet oats with dates & dry fruits powder in the breakfast. in the afternoon you can give boiled peanuts, rajma, chana, chhole, & all grains sabzi with roti or rice. in the evening you can give khichdi, quinoa, daliya. mid meals should be different fruits.
