You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself also take good sleep whenever baby is sleeping

Okay you can take Shatavari powder that so quite beneficial and a lot of women have been benefited with this so with that I would recommend you to go for you can take it three times in the day with milk or whatever whatever is more comfortable for you to take
