#asktheexperts Hello Sir, my son is 3.8 m old, till 1 year he had his milestones but after that I have seen some changes like no speech no eye contact not responding to name. however since he was 2.5 m old i again saw changes that he started taking animal names alphabet, colours etc.. till now he repeat whatever I say, improved eye contact and also respond to name and few commands. but he won't communicate. please advise
