#asktheexperts hello sir my child is 3 years 5 month old.... he has sore throat from 1 year... din Bhar wo nhi khasta.... pr jb nhi usko khasi Aati hai... Bahut der to rethti hai.... Bahut saare cough and cold Ke syrup Dia... pr problem solve nhi ho rhi... Hunger bhi nhi hai usko... weight 13 kg hai

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if the child is 3 and half years old suffering from cough cold and sore throat you need to consult your doctor for a proper examination for now you can give syrup ascoril flu 5ml 3 times in a day for five days

Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
