#asktheexperts Hello, Sir my baby right eye is getting red from 3,4 days only half eye is red and another one is perfectly fine there is no charge in left eye. Please tell what to do.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Eye redness is commonly seen because of some allergic condition , infection or any trauma which needs proper examination. if it is associated with some discharge it could be infection,no self medication should be used.
if the baby is continuously rubbing the eye or there is any swelling it indicates irritation and inflammation.before application of any eye drops,you need to you get your baby clinically examined so consult your doctor oncc oe.
