After completing the age of six months you can go for Dal rice water porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato suji kheer Upma Halwa is made out of quinoa oats a ragi or Paneer cheese curd milk water all these things can be given to the child from the very beginning Consistency is going to be semi-liquid to semisolid add salt and all the necessary spices to the food and chilli can be introduced after the age of eight months and also I would like to tell you that the quantity you will have to decide as per the appetite of the timeWrite Your Answer Here
