A. If she does not like the taste of plain milk, give her fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Once in a while, you can also offer chocolate flavoured milk. Offer milk in colourful bottles or sippers. As a parent, try drinking milk along with your kid so that she learns healthy eating and drinking habits from you. Offer almond milk or kesar milk or turmeric milk etc. Give the child a bowl and a spoon to eat with. Let her play with the food and make a mess and this is how she will learn to eat independently. Offer small portions of food and give more only when the child asks. Offer colourful foods and cut foods into different shapes using food cutters as colours and shapes attract the attention of the kid. Offer more finger foods. Offer different textures of foods.
