#asktheexperts Hello Sir, my baby girl has just completed her 9 months. Kindly share me a food chart with timing and duration for her. She doesn't have any tooth yet so please share the texture of the food also.

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. you can give small bites of semi solid food, boiled vegetables, very small bites of roti dipped in dal etc. give 5 meals a day. do not force feed at all.
