ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. hello dear mum water from eyes is present in many babies it is due to blockage of the duct / tube that connects the eyes and nose it resolves on its own massage the inner corner of the eye and nose bridge ask doctor for the same
