#asktheexperts hello sir/mam, my name is Sanjana Patil mother of Prisha. She’s 6 months old now I have started to feed her solid food. Can you suggest me the proper way to feed her should I lay down her or by sitting I should feed her?

In this age kids can sit with your support so it would be good if you make your child sit in your lap while feeding otherwise you can keep the child in quarter reclining position where at least the bag should be elected to at least 50 to 60° generally that would be the right position to feed your child
