#asktheexperts Hello Sir/Mam, my boy is suffering from little cold from last 15 days . little bit noise also came from him like gar gar at morning and night only when he is sleeping. please suggest what we do

A. there is not much to worry regarding the respiratory sounds and if the child is having breathing problem you have to give nasal saline drops kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

A. Hi mom Give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day. This will help in liquifying mucus and clear the chest congestion. Also apply baby vicks vaporub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold.
