ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. nahi, harmful nahi hai. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables , seasonal fresh fruit,, Dates, dry fruits and Nuts in diet.
