#asktheexperts hello sir if I sit down and stand after some minutes then my back is not getting straight.then after some minutes it gets normal.what is this

A. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help ixn decreasing the pain. for simple painx you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.
