#asktheexperts hello sir, I have exams these month in morning from 9:0to 12,in these time gap can i give lactogen milk powder or cerelac to my baby, she is 145 days pls sir suggest me.

A. Hello mom No you cannot start giving any type of semi solid’s to your baby till baby turned six months old. In this time gap you can start giving formula milk to your baby but there is no need to give any other thing. The best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk so don’t start giving solids and water till six months Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
