#asktheexperts hello sir,Can I give beetroot, spinach,carrot,radish to my 9 months old baby??I haven't introduce these veggies to her yet..

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist3 years agoA. hi mom you can introduce these veggies one at time and see if baby is comfortable can add in mix vegetables dal khichdi or rice dal blends or soup rice

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you can be giving all the vegetables now which should be safe and not a problem and try small quantity and make sure baby is comfortable taking it and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you
