A. has ti be examined. For better understanding of the situation it need to be examined by a doctor preferred your family doctor and any medication if required can be suggested by the doctor after examination only .

A. good afternoon I would recommend you to make sure the definitely you are giving afternoon nap to the child it is very important for the child to be able to sleep in the daytime also for the proper growth
