#asktheexperts my baby is 4 month old.. he does not sleep properly at afternoon..he wakes up more frequently at night but not open his eyes but still cries .. when I feed him he fall sleep again ... but after 2 hours he does the same.. he also do this at afternoon.. due to this I can't sleep properly

A. Hello mom may be he is got into this habit of taking feed every 2 hours , instead it would be ideal to feed on demand especially implies for babies who are exclusively breast fed . Anyway at times try to just pat the baby back to sleep . Also prefer to have something nutritious before baby feed time as that would ensure good quality milk milk which is filling enough
