#asktheexperts Hello, My son is 4 years and 6 months old, I try to give all types of food but he eats very little and his weight is not increasing. He is 14.5 kgs , super active and talented. But he is very thin. Can you please suggest weight gaining food for him (pure vegetarian). Thankyou

Okay so your child is not not underweight it’s only 1 1/2 kg which can be picked up in very small span of time of the child eats well so I think there is loss of appetite or not liking to eat could be due to deficiency of iron in the body so you should examine your doctor and go for what they suggest
