A. avoid banana.. Offer foods such as wholemeal bread and wholegrain cereal, plus fruits and vegetables such as prunes, figs, apricots, plums, peas, broccoli, sweetcorn, potatoes and baked beans. Give your child plenty of fluids to help moisten her stool.

A. Hello dear parent! Increase the liquid intake to maintain hydration and aid in digestion. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Try applying pure coconut oil to your child’s anus for free passing of stools. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
