#asktheexperts hello,my daughter is 4.5 months old. I am having truble feeding her. My milk is not enough for her. She barely feeds for 5 to 10 mins. and cries for more. What alternative other than formula can I give her so that she's full. Can i give cows milk ?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Cow milk is not recommended for the babies below one year. If ur breast feed is insufficient then u can start with formula milk for ur baby. Take care and all the best
