#asktheexperts Hello My child is 2 year 9 months old, but his weight is not gaining and current weight is about 12.8 kg. please advise us.

The current weight of your child is good enough as per the current age of the child that you have stated but yes if you feel the child is not gaining weight then along with all the family food you should give moderate amount of protein fat carbs and calories that you can include both veg and nonveg protein for the child
