Hello mom Some babies don’t gain weight easily but in such cases if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about. If I’ll touching your baby is having any sort of pain then in such case you have to consult with ENT specialist because Dr can only advise you will after examining baby
