Look when kids are crawling wearing shorts and all where the knees are totally exposed to the floor sometimes these things can happen if your child has started to crawl now I’m just going to advise you to make your child wear 3/4 or full pant or lower that is going to be more comfortable as this with the knee is not going to get hurt and also they’re not going to dark which usually happens
