#asktheexperts hello, my baby 48 day old, n her weight is 3.38kg, birth weight was 3.175kg. i should worry about her weight?? doctor said after 1 week if weight doesn't increase she should be kept under observation!

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, your baby's weight gain has been less. continue to consult your baby's doctor and follow your doctor's advice. baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months.

weight growth is slow.
massage her with Babyhug coconut oil
make sure she's getting enough milk
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
give her supplements as suggested by your doctor
