#asktheexperts hello my 8 months old daughter does not drink cow milk however eating limited solids like regular vegetables or khichdi. but she is not taking ceralec, cow milk . is it OK if she doest not take milk but she is taking breast feed only.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. dear mom. it's good to give cow milk after 8 monty, of she is digesting it well than only continue. Give three major meal and one snack a day
Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.
