Mam only food is not going to help for total growth you have to give all the family foods of course and a proper diet which will help in better weight gain and growth of your child but a physical activity and sports are going to be equally important because these days kids lethargic and sitting in front of screen so you should put your child into physical sports which will help in overall health growth and development you can choose for swimming Karate basketball and squash or badminton
