That’s common with kids but most of the times it can be associated with deficiency of magnesium in the body I don’t know what else supplements have you started till now but you should definitely take a check with the doctor on this one and they confirm it’s deficiency of magnesium then they will advise you with the right supplement as well to start with for your child
