#asktheexperts Hello mam...meri delivery 14 Jan,22 ko hui hai...mujhe abhi tk periods nhi aay.. y normal hai ya ki koi problem ho gy hai mujhe???

A. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake

A. No There is no problem with you a lot of women don’t get their periods after delivery for six months to 1 year also maybe 18 months but as of now since exclusively breastfeeding the child your hormones may have change which is why you are not getting your period so don’t worry about it it’s normal
