Your child should start eating all the healthy home-made foods that you daily prepare for the family like vegetable Paratha, Dal, Roti, rice, curry, paneer and, curd and so on. For breakfast, you can give Idly, Dosa, Upma. So basically it is everything you can give to your child that daily prepared for the family.
