#asktheexperts Hello mam, I am a twin girls mother, giving breast milk and formula, I was feeling the milk supply is low so I started having lactare capsules for 5 days and stopped. I noticed increase in milk supply, but now again I am feeling low milk supply so can I take lactare capsules for longer periods?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 month agoA. You can easily take the supplements for 3 to 6 months of time there is no problem they are totally safe if it is helping in increasing your lactation then you should take them continuously which is what is the right thing to do as of now
