#AsktheExperts hello ma'am, I am in 6 month pregnancy period. my doctor suggested to stop folic acid. by stopping folic acid it effect my baby. or should I continue

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. iron capsule h ave it. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust hersee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Anuradha PalivalGuardian of 2 children11 months agoA. please check the ingredients of your iron tablet, usually Iron tablets come with Folic acid hence it is sufficient for your daily requirement of Folic acid, Nevertheless please check with your doctor as well, he /she will definitely answer your questions
