#asktheexperts hello ma'am I am 32 yrs primi 35 weeks pregnant and i am diagnosed with intrahepatic cholestasis since 31 weeks and my bile salts was at the time of diagnosis is 132 and SGOT 955 and sgpt 700 and i started udiliv 300 mg TDS and now my bile acid is 45 and sgot 500 and sgpt 400 . when should I plan my delivery and i am interested in normal delivery but my obstetrician is insisting for c section

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy1 month agoA. Hey! I guess it is inevitable and actually good. If you can follow the doctors advice and get the delivery done. You need to understand that you cannot avoid certain conditions medically and have to trust your doctor for a proper safe delivery of the child.
