#asktheexperts hello im.Asma khan 36.1 week pregnant My cerclage was done at 14 weeks because my cervix size was 27 mm and then became 22 mm, and I had already had one preterm delivery before. That is why my cerclage was placed. Now my cerclage will be removed at 37 weeks, so can you tell me whether this process is very painful?
