Q.

#asktheexperts Hello I have a 10-month-old baby. Yesterday, I noticed that her forehead and palms felt warm when I touched them. However, around midnight, when I checked again, her forehead still felt warm, but her palms were normal. I also checked her temperature, and it was 98.3°F. I’m a little concerned and wanted to know if I should bring her in for a check-up, or if this is normal and I can just monitor her at home. Please advise.

A. But your child is not having fever because 99°F is considered fever right now there is no fever that your child has no need to worry about it’s a normal body temperature if it touches 99 or crosses then you can give paracetamol
