#asktheexperts Hello I am the mother of 1 year old baby and I have knee bones and leg muscles pain from last 6 months..I have consulted dr. but no pain killers are useful..I have taken 8 vit d3 capsules but again the pain is started..plz suggest me something

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, these pains in knees are very common post pregnancy. And these an be treated only by combining these suppllements.
You can consult the same doctor and ask for continuation of those supplements. Also.ask for calcium to be taken or not
