A. if you want to Lose your weight it is important that you should try to encourage more of drinking water less of tea coffee consumption you should also include milk in your diet and improve the intake of fruits especially fleshy fruits like orange which is helpful and also help yourself by doing some work out like cycling use beetroot or cucumber in your salad on regular basis
