#AskTheExperts Hello i am a mom of 14 months old baby girl, i would like to ask that what is the ideal age to drop feed and how to do it easily coz i am very scared of this process.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, the ideal age to stop breastfeeding would be after completion of 2 years. so, you should continue to feed for another 10 months at least. it helps to improve your baby's immunity, provides better nutrition and deepens the mother child bond.
