#asktheexperts Hello Good morning Mam my child is 7.9 months old she is not gaining weight so can u guide how to gain the weight. she has constipation from very long time. She is medicine from past few yrs also suggests how to cure this.

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nut, dry fruit and dairy in your child’s daily diet.
