#asktheexperts hello Dr. Vandan My son navdeep is coughing alot while sleeping, he wakes up in the middle of night and coughs alot pls provide some remedies to cure him

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Sleep time coughing in babies may be due to sleep apnea or the Another reason for nighttime coughing and choking in babies is infant reflux. Or if it is associated with cold than it's best to consult with your paedritician.

You should nebulise your child before you put your child to sleep that is going to help in controlling the cough that your child is having because it is going to help in clearing of the congestion from the chest and throat of the child and that is what is going to help in making your child sleep peacefully through the nightWrite Your Answer Here
