#asktheexperts hello Dr, someone in my family says if babies get startled easy, like by clapping of hands, they're iron deficient. what are the symptoms of iron deficiency in 5 month old baby? Should I give my baby iron supplement drops?

A. that is reflex in baby and it is not associated with iron deficiency so don't worry about what others are saying continue breast feeding and keep giving Vitamin D3 supplement regularly till 1 year
