#asktheexperts hello Dr. So I am 24 weeks pregnant so i started getting one side back pain so can u suggest me solution for this

A. Hello! One sided back pain at the stage of pregnancy is quite common, but it is important to address it. It can be either hormonal shift or likely related to your bodies changing centre of gravity. Regular walking or prenatal Yoga can help maintain flexibility and strength. Applying a heating pad or ice pad to the sore area can provide some relief. Keep Babyhug heating pad handy. You should contact your doctor if the pain is severe and consistent.
