#asktheexperts Hello dr, My son is 18 month old . can I give asthalin . if Ys please give me the dosage

A. give 5ml twice daily. you can go for home remedies like tulsi ginger honey combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child. also you can give turmeric with milk one or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently. avoid giving cold water and cold food or ice cream. try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment

A. hello do not give it unless prescribed by your doctor ßo please check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe as the baby is small
