#asktheexperts hello Dr , my baby now 22 months and having problem during passing stool ,she always give pressure while stool passing ,and very hard stool in appearance. she consume water less and cow milk around 100 ml per day also seeing small skin tag around anal area . kindly suggest what to do.

A. Try to increase her liquid intake like water coconut water nimbu paani homemade juices and give fibre rich fruits and vegetables like green leafy vegetables abd pear papaya prunes and give warm milk at bed time
