Hi mommy Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
