If Eating well that the weight is not increasing that means whatever your child is not eating is the adjusted by the body properly it’s a very normal and common thing with kids at this age so do not worry about it you can consult your doctor start all the necessary supplements those are required slowly gradually with proper diet will definitely see a good change in the child
