#asktheexperts hello dr. ,mera 20 month old baby boy hai,wo abhi bhi bol nhi paa rha hai,sirf mum or hatt aise 2 ya 3 words hi bolta hai abhi bhi,uska eye contact accha hai,abhi command bhi acche se follow krta hai,kya usko speech delay ki problem ho skti hai??

Sometimes improper eye contact could be associated with iron deficiency and a lot of times in this age kids don’t speak well so we always advise you to try and communicate more and more with your child the more you communicate it is going to get better over the period
