#asktheexperts Hello Doctor, what are things i should follow to make a healthy life for my 3 year old daughter. her height is 105cm, weight 11.7kg. I hope she is in the correct growth. please suggest what i should follow on a daily basis to get full nutrients

A. dear mum , the wt of the child is on lower side. give a balanc d diet wholesimemeals having grain , legumes beans dal / egg non veg , milk mlk products , nuts oilseeds , veg fruit add ghee to food 3 meals 1 snack

A. It is really very important that you have to give a balanced diet to the child you should give all kind of food to the child whatever has been traditionally made at home plus plenty of proteins is also going to be good to be given to the child while giving junk food and food and sugary
