Q.

#asktheexperts Hello Doctor, Two days ago, we vaccinated our 3-month-old baby at a government hospital. After the vaccination, they gave us a paracetamol tablet for him. I wanted to ask if it's safe to give that tablet, or would it be better to use a paracetamol pediatric oral solution instead? Which option would you recommend as safer and more suitable for a 3-month-old baby? Thank you for your guidance. Best regards, Anil Khulape

A. Prefer giving oral medicines to the child which is easier for the child to consume Institute of preferring tablets are they must have given you tablets I don’t know why because after six months you can mix water you can give it is bitter so I would recommend you to stick to syrup only
